How To Use
Ningxia Red®: Drink 60ml of NingXia Red twice daily. Best served chilled. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 30 days. Mineral Essence™ 108ml: Take 5ml morning and evening or as needed as a mineral supplement.
May be added to 120-250ml of distilled/purified water or juice before drinking. Shake well before using and refrigerate after opening.
