How To Use
Directions (Label Info):
- Diffuse the Feelings Collection’s six essential oil blends to increase feelings of well-being, confidence and self-esteem.
- Diffuse them in the morning and evening to inspire feelings connected to your emotional journey.
- To administer the Feelings regimen, be sure to always dilute oil blends before applying topically.
- Apply Valor essential oil blend to the feet as the first step in the Feelings regimen.
- Rub Harmony essential oil blend on the chakra points and inhale the aroma to encourage feelings of well-being, confidence and self-esteem.
- Apply Forgiveness essential oil blend to the navel and let the aroma help facilitate feelings of mercy and grace.
- Apply Present Time essential oil blend to the wrists and behind the ears and allow the aroma to help you leave the past behind and come into the present moment.
- Apply Release essential oil blend over the abdomen for an aroma to help uplift the spirit and for a sense of comfort after a long day.
- Rub 1–2 drops of Inner Child essential oil blend just under the nose so the aroma can inspire you to live with a childlike optimism and outlook.
- Reapply Valor blend to complete the Feelings regimen.
- The Feelings regimen can be administered as frequently as desired.
