Young Living Announces Plans for Hundreds of New Utah Jobs

Utah-based, international company’s vast growth to spur 445 Utah jobs over seven years

Lehi, Utah – Today, Young Living Essential Oils, LC, in tandem with the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED), revealed plans to increase its Utah presence and create 445 jobs over seven years.

Since its founding by Gary Young in 1993 in Riverton, Utah, Young Living has transformed from a sole organic herb farm and distillery to the world leader in essential oils and wellness solutions with operations across the globe.

“Young Living has deep roots in Utah,” said Travis Ogden, Young Living Chief Operating Officer. “As the birthplace and headquarters of Young Living, Utah has always been our company’s home and we are excited to continue growing here and creating hundreds of new jobs.”

Herbert. “More than two decades ago the business started because of a demand for organic essential oils. Now, it is growing not just regionally or nationally, but internationally.”

Young Living will be creating 445 new jobs over the next seven years in Utah. The total salaries for these positions, including medical benefits, are anticipated to surpass 125 percent of the county average income.
